ROUND Multipurpose tables are made of two main types of raw material — metal and chipboard.
- The metal, too, consists of ~20% recycled raw material and is coated with powder paints with low volatile organic compound emissions.
- Tabletop finish options include chipboard and fibreboard faced with melamine or high-pressure laminate (HPL) / Fenix high-pressure laminate (HPL Fenix). The chipboard is made of ~20% recycled raw material, has a low formaldehyde content and meets the CARB 2 and E05 standards. The fibreboard also has a low formaldehyde content, and the high-pressure laminate (HPL) / Fenix high-pressure laminate (HPL Fenix) coating meets the strictest CARB 2 requirements. In addition, Fenix high-pressure laminate (HPL Fenix) meets the Greenguard Gold standards.
