When creating SANDIE, the designers Baldanzi & Novelli drew inspiration from nature. Wind-blown sand and the dynamic desert landscape are reflected in the slightly rounded shapes of the chairs and soft furniture. The comfort of this furniture becomes obvious at first glance, and its design helps create a calm, harmonious atmosphere in the office. These chairs and soft furniture have no straight lines, only soft, flowing curves that merge into a single expressive whole. Every detail of the collection was carefully considered to achieve a dynamic yet refined minimalist design.

The armrests flow smoothly into the backrest, as if embracing the user from behind. The continuous surfaces in the SANDIE design not only create a serious, solid, luxurious image but also emphasise the elegant lines, adding special refinement to these chairs and soft furniture.

The visual identity of SANDIE is defined by the unique backrest of the chairs, which is separated from the seat, giving the collection an expressive, modern look. This design solution creates a feeling of lightness, turning the backrest into the main accent that attracts attention and emphasises the uniqueness of the entire collection. Furniture from this collection combines easily and fits into various spaces while creating a serious, solid image.
Softness that enhances the level of comfort
Depending on your tasks and preferences regarding the level of comfort, you can choose the most suitable version of the SANDIE chair — classic or soft leather. The soft modification stands out for its horizontal stitching: it adds texture, emphasises the chair’s silhouette and makes the design more expressive. Such an option creates a feeling of solidity and luxury, which is enhanced by the use of natural leather.
Adaptability in different spaces
Visitor chairs are available with three backrest height options — in the standard version or in a soft leather version with horizontal stitching. Two types of bases are offered: an aluminium four-star base and a wooden pyramidal one. Models on the 4-star base are perfect for executive zones and short meetings with employees or guests, while options on the wooden base fit organically into informal spaces and coffee-break areas.
The entire SANDIE collection combines easily with itself, which makes it possible to create office interiors that look uniform yet adapt to different work scenarios. If increased mobility is important, especially in meeting rooms, work chairs on castors will be the optimal choice.

When creating SANDIE furniture, special attention was paid to comfort. An innovative synchronous mechanism
The new synchronous mechanism built into the chairs provides comfort when sitting. The backrest and seat simultaneously tilt by 18 and 6 degrees respectively, which allows the user to lean back without lifting their feet off the floor.
